The person in this role will lead group discussion and interaction. The training time is experiential, designed for learning together.

The Facilitator Purchases Course
Facilitators purchase Lifeline to Hope course. This provides access to a dashboard with the training videos, Facilitator Manual, and ministry forms.
Purchase Caregiver Manuals
All participants need the Caregiver/Trainee Manual. This may be purchased by the trainee, or by the facilitator and provided to the Trainee.

Participants who purchase the Caregiver/Trainee Manual will be eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the program recognizing their achievement. The facilitator will submit the names of those who complete the course. Hope for The Heart will then ship the certificates to the facilitator for distribution.
About the Instructors
Dr. Eric Scalise
Senior VP & Chief Strategy Officer
Eric Scalise is a seasoned organizational leader with extensive professional and ministry expertise. He is the former Senior Vice President for the American Association of Christian Counselors and former Department Chair for Counseling Programs at Regent University. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Dr. Scalise has 40 years of clinical and professional experience. Additionally, he is a published author and national/international speaker, frequently working with organizations, clinicians, ministry leaders and churches on a variety of issues.
Haley Scully, M.A.
Vice President of Strategic and Ministry Projects
Haley Scully, MA, is a speaker, author, and trainer and has been with Hope for the Heart since 2011. She currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic and Ministry Projects. She began her work in our onsite counseling programs and moved into international ministry where she has delivered training in over 30 countries. She manages initiatives, develops partnerships, coordinates resources, and provides basic counseling, coaching, and care ministry training for church leaders and parachurch organizations around the world.
Haley earned her degree in Communications from Oklahoma State University and Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She is passionate about connecting hurting hearts to hope in Christ and application of God’s Word to their everyday lives.
